The Australian Competition and Consumer Commissions (ACCC) has ordered Power Balance Australia (and it is the same company that sells them in the USA) to cease marketing its wristbands with claims of boosted sporting performance, and demanded they refund people already duped by the purported benefits

Of course the same company will not inform its worldwide customers that this has happened nor admit anything.
